1. Do what you do best
Even if you doubt your sexual skills, there is surely at least one thing you are really good at. Let’s say you’re not an oral sex guru, but you excel at spanking, or you’re unsure about your kissing technique, yet you consider yourself a master of caresses.
Spend a month doing what you are good at and what you enjoy. Each time you do it, as well as at the end of the designated period, think: “I am on top, because I gave my partner a whole month of excellent sex”.

As soon as you feel like a master in one area, start trying other things in which you do not feel so comfortable. There is no need to aim for magnificent results right away — practice the new for fun.
