• The administration may manage the site, ensure its security and stability.
• The administration may restrict or block access to the service for rule violations.
• The administration may update and amend these rules; the current version is always available on this page.
• The administration may block accounts for violations without prior notice when the rules so provide.
• The administration may moderate user content to enforce the rules and the law.
• The administration undertakes to develop the service and improve the quality of services.
• The administration undertakes to respond to user requests via support within a reasonable time.
