1. General

1.1. These Terms of Use (the Agreement) govern the relationship between the Site administration (Administration) and the user (User) in connection with the use of the LoversSex service.

1.2. Registration on the Site, logging in and using the Site's services constitute the User's unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If you disagree with the terms, you may not use the Site.

1.3. The Administration may change the Agreement unilaterally. The current version is posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.

2. Registration and account

2.1. To use the Site's features, the User must register and provide accurate data. The User is responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all actions performed via their account.

2.2. Registration is allowed for persons 18 years of age or older. Use of the Site by minors is prohibited.

3. Rules of use

3.1. The User agrees to comply with applicable law, Site rules and moral standards. Posting illegal content, insults, spam, fraud or other actions that violate third-party rights or the Site's operation is prohibited.

3.2. The Administration may remove content and block accounts without prior notice in case of violations.

4. Intellectual property and content

4.1. By posting content on the Site, the User grants the Administration a non-exclusive right to use, store and display that content in connection with the Site's operation.

4.2. The User warrants that they have the necessary rights to the content posted and that posting it does not violate third-party rights.

5. Paid services and payment

5.1. Terms of paid services, rates and payment procedures are set out on the relevant pages of the Site. Payment constitutes agreement to the terms of the service.

5.2. Refunds are made in accordance with the rules published on the Site and applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. The Site is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or harm arising from use or inability to use the Site.

6.2. The User is solely responsible for interactions with other users and for decisions made based on information obtained on the Site.

7. Final provisions

7.1. Matters not covered by the Agreement are governed by the Site's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
