1. Use prolonging means

The simplest way to stretch the time of sexual intercourse is to use condoms and lubricants with anesthetics, which reduce sensitivity and thus allow a man to last longer without climaxing.

Another option is anal condoms. They are usually thicker than regular ones, which also reduces sensitivity. But it is also worth considering regular condoms: sex without a condom lasts less in most cases and can have the most unpleasant consequences.

2. Masturbate
