1. Gymnastic 69
The woman lies down on the bed with her head at the edge and throws her legs over her head — she folds in half. The partner stands at the edge of the bed.
Feature: the woman must be very flexible. At least minimal skills in yoga will help. Both partners gain access to many of each other's erogenous zones.
Variation
The man sits on the floor with his legs stretched out. The woman turns her back to him and folds in half while standing.
Feature: in addition to the necessary flexibility, the partner needs to monitor her condition — so that her lowered head does not become dizzy. But unusual sensations are guaranteed.
2. Opposite
The man kneels with his back to the girl. She lies between his legs and throws her legs over her shoulders. He enters her at an angle opposite the missionary position.
Feature: the unusual angle of penetration gives new vivid sensations.
Variation
The man stands on his elbows with his back to the partner and stretches his legs along hers. The woman throws her legs over his shoulders.
Feature: the angle of entry here is approximately the same as in the previous variation. But this pose is less extreme and more calm. It will not be possible to move with a large amplitude in it.
3. Balance
You should start in the doggy style position, in the variation where both partners are on their knees. The woman leans on her hands on the floor, and the man enters her from behind. Then he grabs her hands under the armpits and lifts them off the floor. The partner wraps her arms around his neck and maintains balance with this.
Feature: the man can caress almost the entire body of the partner. This position is difficult for those with a significant height difference, though nothing is impossible.
4. Straight spoon
The man lies on his back, the woman — on her back on him. He enters her from behind.
This position has three variations:
1. The woman rests her feet on the bed, and the partner bends his legs at the knees. In this case, both can move.
2. The woman bends her legs at the knees and presses them to herself. All movements are made by the partner.

3. The woman bends her legs at the knees and lays them along the man's body. Both partners move.

Feature: the man can caress the partner's breasts and clitoris. This position is well suited for couples where the woman is petite or significantly shorter than the man.
5. Anti-missionary
The man lies on his back, spreading his legs apart. The woman is positioned above, facing him, between his legs. In this position, the partner is more active: she controls the amplitude of movements and depth of penetration, while caressing the man.
Feature: a position in which the partners essentially switch roles is very exciting.
6. Waterfall
In this position, the main thing is to choose a bed of suitable height. The man lies so that his head and shoulders are on the floor, and his hips are on the bed (hence the name "waterfall"). The woman sits on top in the cowgirl position, resting her feet on the edge of the bed and her hands on the man's hips.
Feature: the main thing is that the man is comfortable — in this position, the neck or lower back may hurt. A rolled-up blanket can be placed under his legs for greater stability.
7. Water tower
This is an option for those particularly experienced. The woman assumes the "birch" pose: raises her legs up, rests her hands on the floor. The man "sits" on her from above.
Feature: the partner in this position needs to be particularly careful and gauge their strength to avoid injuring the woman's neck. A successfully built "water tower" contributes to very deep penetration.
8. Wheelbarrow
Remember how in physical education classes you paired up and pretended to be "wheelbarrows," moving around the gym? This position resembles that very exercise.
The woman stands with her back to her partner, resting her hands on the floor and wrapping her legs around his waist or underneath his buttocks. He enters her while standing, from behind.
Feature: if the partner has weak arms, she won't hold this position for long.
