On average, during sex, men burn 4.2 kcal per minute, while women burn 3.1 kcal.
But much depends on the position in which you indulge in love's joys, the energy of movements, and the duration of the "workout." Loverssex has selected several options that will help burn maximum calories. Alternate them to turn sex into a full-fledged (and at least half an hour long) workout.
1. Officer's position

The girl's legs lie on the man's shoulders like epaulettes, hence the name of the position. But if the classic officer's version assumes that the thighs lie on the bed or the partner's bent knees, then a more advanced (from a fitness point of view) version is slightly different. The man raises himself a little on his knees, lifts the girl's thighs, and begins the motions, keeping them in the air.
In this position, one can not only gain pleasure but also work out muscles: arms and thighs — for the partner, abs and glutes — for the partner.
2. Doggy style in the air

The girl, kneeling, leans on her elbows on a low bed or chair (preferably, the surface should be hard and firm, not sagging). The man approaches from behind, grabs the partner by the ankles, and, without straightening her legs, lifts her to the level of his thighs.
In this position, the initiative completely belongs to the man: he determines how deep, at what angle, and with what speed to enter. The partner works out his biceps, triceps, glute muscles, and legs. The girl, in turn, loads her arms, abs, and back, receiving a load similar to that which occurs when performing the plank.
3. Life ring

Partners face each other. The man lifts the girl, holding her back, while she wraps her legs around his waist. In this position, the main load falls on the partner: he holds the weight of both, needing to tense both his abs and glutes, and arms. The partner actively works her thighs.
“The life ring” requires good physical condition. If it's difficult for you, have sex against the wall, so the girl can lean against it with her back.
4. Reverse cowgirl

The difference between this position and the classic cowgirl lies in the position of the man: he lies on the bed, letting his legs down to the floor. During such sex, his abs and front thigh muscles work actively. The girl plays the leading role: by lifting and lowering her pelvis, she determines the speed and depth of entry.
5. Prince and princess position

Both partners kneel, hug each other around the shoulders and begin intimate play in this position. The legs can be changed from time to time, to balance the load. In this position, the muscles of the front thighs, glutes, and abs work vigorously.
